Responsibilities:

• Manage and develop the patent portfolio
• Work closely with R&D, educating engineers, collaborating with the engineers to spot inventions, and to evaluate innovations eligible for patent
• Draft the technical description of the patent applications, while eliminating inventors’ burden with respect to providing written description
• maintaining a patent DB accessible to employees
• providing patent reports and IP opinion upon requests
• Coordinate with outside counsel
