What you'll do

You will work together with many different internal stakeholders to make a difference by supporting all SAP private cloud deals, for both existing and net new customers, all the way from the initial deal scoping to signature. SAP Private Cloud offerings are targeted at major customers and often well-known brands and all smart and sustainable solutions implemented help the world run better and improve people lives.

  • Review deals: Ensure completeness and accuracy of the quotations. Support approval process, guide internal customers on approval requirements, ensure deals which are within scope are approved in proper manner and timelines according to SAP policies and guidelines. Collaborate with local commercial colleagues,
  • Contract drafting: Responsible for preparing complex contract documents from template and adding/drafting language for deal specifics,
  • Contract management: Maintain SAP’s contract records and contract related data in SAP’s contract management system,
  • Act as a primary point of contact for Sales Team, answer queries from internal customers and build long-term business relationships,
  • Work to deliver tasks within the team’s Service Level Agreement,
  • Accommodate quarter-end and year-end deadlines and respond to spikes in workload from the Sales team,
  • Collaborate closely with your team but also with multiple key stakeholders and experts within the company to find solutions to complex business cases or specific customer requests,
  • Use SAP technology for reporting, monitoring and managing Deals and other transactions end to end,
  • Contribute ideas to drive automation, standardization and process improvements & participate in special projects,
  • Learning focus: support the team learning initiatives and collaborate on both complex cases and other various topics to expand our knowledge and expertise,
  • You will be providing coverage and supporting EMEA/MEE private cloud deals (excluding Germany market unit).

What you bring

  • Fluent written and spoken English, any other languages are a plus
  • Advanced student, Bachelor or Master's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Law or related business background,
  • Good command of MS Office, especially MS excel, understanding of more complex formulas
  • Experience with SAP systems is a plus

Ideal candidate work experience:

  • At least 2+ years of professional experience within Finance, Legal, Operations or a similar role related to cloud business
  • Work experience within a Shared Services Center is a plus
  • Work experience within a global/virtual team is a plus
  • Any experience with contracting and/or connected legal topics is a big plus
  • Awareness of basic principles and requirements of private cloud business
  • As an advantage, familiarity with any of the following: private cloud pricing concepts and/or contracting specifics, commit to consume model considerations and/or downstream processes (balance statements, service requests…)
