Your responsibilities will include:

  • Develop and execute the learning solution strategy aligned with the business needs, goals and objectives.
  • Influence global and regional learning solution strategy to design and deliver a global integrated customer experience.
  • Drive innovation and continuous improvement across learning solutions and user experience.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to ensure alignment of learning solutions initiatives with broader business strategies.
  • Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of global projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and budget.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of developers and product owners.
  • Ensure the technical integrity and scalability of the learning platforms and technologies.
  • Oversee integrations with other digital tools and systems.
  • Collaborate with related technology stack teams (commerce, customer data, identity, personalization, etc.) to implement integrations and resolve dependencies, ensuring high-quality, unified customer experiences.
  • Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to keep the platform and learning solutions competitive.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including marketing, medical education, sales training, IT, and business units, to gather requirements and prioritize initiatives.
  • Communicate project status, risks, and opportunities to stakeholders.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors and partners to ensure the successful delivery of services and solutions.
  • Negotiate contracts and service level agreements.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Digital Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven experience in leading and managing digital teams and projects.
  • Excellent strategic thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  • Experience with agile methodologies and project management tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficient in project management and communication tools like: Office365, Teams, JIRA, PPT, Confluence, MIRO

  • Innovation: A drive to continuously improve and innovate products and services.
