About this role:

This position will cover jobs responsible for developing, improving, and optimizing processes environments. Develops process standards related to formulation and other metrics. Troubleshoots issues and performs Root Cause Analysis and resolve difficult process and engineering issues.

In this role, you will:

• Develop and lead redesign initiatives that encompass analyses and future state redesigns.
• Manage assigned complex initiatives involving multiple business process segments to identify risks.
• Complete and lead integrated process analyses, identifying procedural and control deficiencies, opportunities, and recommending solutions.
• Consult with team to understand, influence, adapt research, and create alternatives for consideration, drive results, and bring issues to resolution.
• Make decisions and resolve issues to meet business objectives.
• Interpret policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
• Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals.
• Interact with internal customers.
• Receive direction from leaders and exercise independent judgment while developing the knowledge to understand function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.

Required Qualifications:

• 4+ years of Process Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.

Desired Qualifications:

• Knowledge and understanding of project management methodologies: process improvements, continuous improvement, or LEAN.
• Advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint) skills.
• Knowledge and understanding of Business Process Management Notation (BPMN) software such as iGrafx.
• Knowledge and understanding of Statistical Analysis software such as Minitab.
• Facilitation skills such as Helix.
• Change Management skills such as Prosci/ADKAR.
• Knowledge and understanding of Rapid Process Automation software such as Blue Prism, Alfresco, or Celonis.
• Good verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong analytical and technical skills.

Job Expectations:

• Ability to work outside of regular business hours.
• Willingness to work on-site at stated location on the job opening.

NC - Charlotte Pay Range: $84,000 – 149,400 Annually

AZ - Chandler Pay Range: $84,000 – 149,400 Annually

MN – Minneapolis Pay Range: $84,000 – 149,400 Annually

IA- West Des Moines Pay Range: $84,000 – 149,400 Annually
