In this role, you will:

• Providing statistical analysis for business leaders, project teams, and managers as required
• Provide basic and advanced measurement approaches and mechanisms to ensure we are managing the process and producing the designed results
• Risk & Control Self-Assessment (RCSA) Service Modeling leadership and execution, process risk identification and mitigation opportunities
• Identify or analyze procedural & control deficiencies, process automation opportunities, and recommend solutions
• Build Relationships with Business, Risk, Compliance, and Finance partners
• Conduct Financial Benefit analyses
• Driving Business awareness of common operational and process excellence policies, methods, techniques, and tools

Required Qualifications:

• 4+ years of Process Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or higher
• Project Management experience and SDLC / PDLC methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Kanban)
• Enterprise matrix experience within either financial services or banking
• Change Management experience or certification (Prosci or equivalent)
• Business Process Management Notation (BPMN 2.0) experience
• iGrafx process modeling and flowchart diagramming (Visio or similar)
• Process Automation experience (RPA, Lightweight Workflow, Process Mining)
• Risk & control self-assessment RCSA
• Reviewing and evaluating financial services regulations and policies for operational impacts

Base pay range for NYC: 100,800 - 179,200 USD

Pay Range

$84,000.00 - $179,200.00
