Job Description

Your daily responsibilities will include facilitating the execution of our operating plans and partnering with business leaders to define and shape improvement projects that align with our objectives. Reporting to the Director of the Business Transformation Office, you will collaborate closely with a diverse set of executive and senior management stakeholders across GTM, strategy, finance, operations, product, and more. Your work will drive continuous improvement within the company, aligning with our overarching goal of securing and expanding our position in the Identity Security market.

  • Partner with business owners and functional experts to define improvement projects and facilitate or deliver supporting design, planning, execution, and enablement activities.
  • Coordinate and facilitate the execution of the company's operational plans and strategic initiatives.
  • Assist in setting Objectives and Key Results (OKRs), tracking progress, and ensuring alignment with company goals.
  • Support the planning and execution of Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across various departments to ensure alignment and successful project outcomes.
  • Support cross-functional transformation projects sponsored by the Executive Leadership Team and/or Business Transformation and Operations
  • Conduct research and analysis of both quantitative and qualitative data to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges.
  • Develop and present insightful and actionable recommendations to executive leadership based on your findings.
  • Drive continuous improvement in our executional rigor and operational processes.
Qualifications
  • 5-7 years of professional experience in project management, operations, strategy, or similar role.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field.
  • Ability to integrate perspective and expertise across business owners and functional experts to ensure robust project plans and solutions.
  • Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with an interest in research and analysis.
  • Experience managing cross-functional projects and working with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to structure presentations and present effectively to senior management.
  • Experience with OKR planning and execution.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

The salary range for this position is $106,000 - $150,000/year, plus commissions or discretionary bonus, which will be based on the employee’s performance. Base pay may also vary considerably depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The compensation package includes a wide range of medical, dental, vision, financial, and other benefits.
