QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum education and experience required: Master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Strategic management or related field of study plus [3] three years of experience in the job offered or as Business Analyst, Strategist, Management Analyst, Management Consultant, or related occupation. The employer will alternatively accept a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Strategic management or related field of study plus [7] seven years of experience in the job offered or as Business Analyst, Strategist, Management Analyst, Management Consultant, or related occupation.

Skills Required: Requires experience in the following: corporate strategy; analytical skills; financial services; operating model design and business strategy; digital transformation implementations, including journey design, prototyping, and tech innovation initiatives; design and software development processes including agile; cross-functional initiatives including collaborating across multiple teams and roles.

Full-Time. Salary: $215,000 - $215,000 per year.
