Key Responsibilities:
• Administer and support Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud applications.
• Perform regular system maintenance, including user account management, data integrity, and system backups.
• Configure and customize Salesforce to meet business requirements, including creating custom objects, fields, workflows, and validation rules.
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics to provide insights into business performance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and implement solutions that enhance the user experience.
• Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring they are proficient in using Salesforce.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Salesforce functionality and performance.
• Stay up-to-date with Salesforce releases and new features, and implement them as appropriate.
• Ensure data security and compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5-8 years of experience with minimum 3 years in Salesforce platform.
• Salesforce Administrator certification is required; additional Salesforce certifications are a plus.
• Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator, with a focus on Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and functionality.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Minimum Qualifications:
• 3+ years of work experience in programming, scripting, and/or automation or IT-relevant work experience with a Bachelor's degree.
5+ years of work experience in programming, scripting, and/or automation or IT-relevant work experience without a Bachelor’s degree.
• 1+ year of experience with Database Design structures such as Mongo DB, MySQL.
