Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, or related technical discipline AND 4+ years technical engineering experience developing mobile applications forAndroid platformswith coding in languages including, but not limited toKotlin, Java
  • OR equivalent experience.
• Working knowledge of mobile application architecture, design patterns, and UI/UX principles.
• Experience in growth engineering or a growth-oriented role, with demonstrated success in driving key growth metrics such as acquisition, engagement, and retention.
• A data-driven engineer who canprovideconcrete examples of initiativesyou’vebuilt and shipped,and past growth achievements.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Contributions to open-source projects.
• Experience building Androidapplications from scratch.
• Experience in internationalization and localization, scaling products, applications, and engineering efforts to drive global growth.
• Demonstratedwritten and verbal communication skillswith the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and other engineers.
• Passion for learningnew technologiesand staying up to date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in mobile development and AI.
• Proven ability to collaborate and contribute to a positive, inclusive work environment, fostering knowledge sharing and growth within the team.
