Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, or related technical discipline AND 4+ years technical engineering experience developingwebapplications with coding in languages including, but not limited to,JavaScript,TypeScript,React,CSS, Node.js, app performance profilingOR equivalent experience.Working knowledge ofweb browser, web protocols, mainstream frameworks,application architecture, design patterns, and UI/UX principles.
  • OR equivalent experience.
• 4+ years ofexperience in growth engineering or a growth-oriented role is strongly preferred. Demonstrated success in driving key growth metrics, including acquisition, engagement, and retention. A data-driven engineer who canprovideconcrete examples of initiativesyou’vebuilt and shipped. Past growth achievements will be considered during the application process.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Contributions to open-source projects.
• Experience buildingwebapplications from scratch.
• Experience in internationalization and localization, scaling products, applications, and engineering efforts to drive global growth.
• Demonstratedwritten and verbal communication skillswith the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and other engineers.
• Passion for learningnew technologiesand staying up to date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies inwebdevelopment and AI.
