How you’ll spend your day
  • Lead Franchise consumer experience and HCP medical education workstreams across the Schizophrenia portfolio, including patient promotion and consumer portfolio/brand planning.
  • Develop patient, caregiver, and HCP journeys to inform portfolio planning.
  • Lead, provide feedback to, and develop a team of consumer / patient marketers and HCP medical education experts.
  • Generating insights across the franchise and turning them into actions focused on creating world-class experiences for consumers and HCPs.
  • Build the internal relationships necessary to ensure a Franchise consumer experience perspective is integrated into Patient Services, TLLs, Advocacy, and Specialty Pharmacy (SP) programs.
  • Work with internal cross-functional partners, including patient services, and vendors to develop and manage patient affordability programs (e.g., copay support programs) and develop streamlined prior authorization (PA) processes and services with Buy and Bill or Specialty Pharmacies.
  • Provide the brand voice in defining patient hub and specialty pharmacy requirements. Track and measure performance against brand KPIs.
  • Work collaboratively with other members of the Schizophrenia Portfolio team and the broader Innovative Medicines (IM) Marketing organization, including thought leader liaisons.
  • Analyze and maximize consumer experience KPIs and understand program impact on financial metrics at the Franchise level.
Your experience and qualifications
  • Bachelors degree is required. Masters preferred.
  • A minimum of 10 years of pharmaceutical experience or relevant brand management experience is required
  • A minimum of 5 years of marketing experience or equivalent
  • Previous experience with launch experience, Schizophrenia therapeutic area experience, brand management experience across consumer segments or on more than one disease state, Buy and Bill and/or Specialty Pharmacy, account contracting, management of Copay programs and/or patient affordability programs and experience in the hospital or CMHC settings are preferred
  • Previous experience with developing HCP Medical Education resources is preferred

  • Proven ability to motivate and collaborate with internal and external teams
  • Analytical and project management skills; ability to provide leadership over multiple projects & assets
  • Team leadership and people management skills; ability to identify the right mix and talent from both internal and external resources and build strong and effective partnerships.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills (digital and in-person)
  • Able to clearly and succinctly communicate brand vision and strategy to each stakeholder group.
  • Able to lead others outside span of control to achieve strategic and financial plan objectives.


Travel Requirements:

  • Approximately 30% domestic travel throughout the US.
