Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 3 years of experience in recruiting and in full-cycle recruiting.
- Ability to communicate in English and Mandarin fluently to support client relationship management in this region.
Preferred qualifications:
- 2 years of experience in full life cycle recruiting, discussing compensation packages or related negotiation.
- 2 years of experience in the execution of technical recruiting or related technical experience.
- Proven ability to communicate effectively to different stakeholders and flag challenges and trends to the appropriate stakeholders (e.g. Manager, Global Staffing Lead, PA Chief of Staff, local compliance).
- Ability to prioritize and succeed in an environment with changing demands.
