Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
3 years of experience in recruiting and in full-cycle recruiting.
Ability to communicate in English and Mandarin fluently to support client relationship management in this region.
Preferred qualifications:
2 years of experience in full life cycle recruiting, discussing compensation packages or related negotiation.
2 years of experience in the execution of technical recruiting or related technical experience.
Proven ability to communicate effectively to different stakeholders and flag challenges and trends to the appropriate stakeholders (e.g. Manager, Global Staffing Lead, PA Chief of Staff, local compliance).
Ability to prioritize and succeed in an environment with changing demands.
