Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering or multi-disciplinary Engineering, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
5 years of experience in program management.
3 years of experience in device manufacturing, process engineering or product design.
Experience working with OEM partners in a high-volume manufacturing environment.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience of implementing industrial automation such as conveyors, stages, pneumatics, metrology, machine vision cameras or robotic assembly.
Experience assessing manufacturing processes through the use of Process Failure Mode Effects Analysis (PFMEA), process monitors, capability analysis, root cause analysis and design of experiments.
Experience in manufacturing process development and transitioning new products through full product life-cycle.
Experience in mechanical design tools such as Solidworks or NX.
Ability to grow in a fluid development environment, and a willingness to both help and ask for help.
Able to travel internationally for business (up to 20%) as needed.
