Minimum qualifications:
Preferred qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- 8 years of industry experience in advertising, consultative sales or 6 years of experience with an advanced degree.
- Experience building relationships with internal stakeholders (e.g. internal teams) and external partners (e.g., agencies, clients).
- Experience working with media and marketing measurement solutions and approaches, including Media Mix Modeling, incrementality studies and Brand measurement.
- Experience collaborating with media agencies across various departments including communications planning and strategy, AV, and digital teams.
Preferred qualifications:
- 6 years of experience managing relationships with customers or agencies and service partners at an executive level.
- 4 years of experience working in the Consumer Packed Goods industry or product area.
- 2 years of experience working in a complex, matrixed organization.
- Experience in comms strategy and planning, media sales or brand management.
- Experience in a leadership role.
