Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, or related technical discipline AND 6+ years of technical engineering experience building consumer-grade applications, coding in languages including, but not limited to,React, TypeScript or Node.js
    • OR equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in managing, leading, and inspiring a team of engineers, including hiring, retaining, and managing performance.
  • Working knowledge of web browsers, web protocols, mainstream frameworks, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript, React and app performance profiling.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 10+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to,React, TypeScript or Node.js
    • OR Master's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 8+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to,React, TypeScript or Node.js
    • OR equivalent experience.
  • 4+ years people management experience.
  • Experience with streaming media.
  • Experience working with AI platforms, frameworks, and APIs.
  • Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and other engineers.
  • Commitment to learning new technologies and staying up to date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in mobile development and AI.
  • Proven ability to collaborate and contribute to a positive, inclusive work environment, fostering knowledge sharing and growth within the team.
