Purchase to Pay Specialist

In this role the PTP Specialist it would be required to manage and monitor the end to end AP process flow for several company codes across the NAM Region.

Your role:

• Ensures correct execution of the Accounts Payable process in accordance with the process charter for third-party stakeholders and intercompany.
• Monitors and coordinates the execution of the entire Purchase to Pay (P2P) process (Parked, GRIR, Blocked, Overdue, Debit Balance).
• Be in charge and lead the 1099 reporting and UCP process for each one of the wave's that the company codes handle.

You're the right fit if:

• You possess an academic background in Finance and/or Accounting.
• Have +2 years of experience in procurement to pay, tax form 1099, 1042, UCP Process or a solid mix between experience and academic background.
• Advanced knowledge of English and Spanish
• Knowledge of SAP, Ariba and Microsoft Excel.
