Purchase to Pay Specialist

:

To ensure accurate, timely and reliable incoming invoices processing, coordination with Regional PtP HUB in Poland, performing and improving P2P KPIs. Support - P2P process

Job responsibilities:

• Check and register incoming documents from vendors Scanning and sending documents to Regional PtP HUB in Poland and SAP

• Control over Accounts Payable: сcommunication with vendors / Support over paper documents; posting of incoming invoices in SAP, clearing of open items, preparation of Payment Proposals; deductibility (costs and VAT) determination, collecting documents to prove based on Tax requirements and agreements (communication with Legal and Fiscal when needed); regular control over Vendor balances and open items clearing

• Control over ICA AP: communication with ICA vendors: posting of incoming invoices; reconciliation of open items;

• preparation of the ICA payment requests and documents for Currency Control

• Receipt and check of acts of reconciliation with vendors

• Custom vendors control:posting of custom declarations (GTD);vendor reconciliation and clearing; custom related VATreporting

• Inventory and warehouse control:goods movement; COGS (Goods consumption, Price difference , Custom duties) postings monitoring and control;insuring that shortage / damage/ surplus/ claims; participation in stock inventory and inventory result booking;GR/IR and transit account checking and clearing

• Daily/monthly reports preparation (KPIs, tbd)

• Monthly BSAR reconciliation and preparer of supporting documents

• ICS / SOX Controls preparation

• Participation in audits and Tax Inspection Checks, preparation and providing relevant documents Archive documents, send and request documents from archiving provider. Yearly inventory check of storage units

• Back-up of P2P Specialist during vacation and other absence

You're the right fit if:

• Higher education (accounting, auditing, economics)

• Work experience related to accounting

• Knowledge of the SAP program, the level of a confident user

• Knowledge of English language, lever not lower than intermediate

• Analytical mindset, competent oral and written speech, communication skills, attentiveness

• Willingness and ability to work with a large volume of tasks, independence, interest in the result.
