Responsible for driving the Franchise strategy for assigned accounts
Leading and managing the implementation of Brand and Sales initiatives, programs for the franchise channel to promote key messages and achieve a competitive advantage.
To establish strong relationship with franchise customer’s decision makers to increase sales opportunities and brand presence.
To effectively apply sales strategies, policies and best practices in the franchise channel.
Allocate resources, negotiate, implement and track action plans to achieve set annual net sales target.
Ensure proper representation of the brand and ensure excellence in in-store execution.
To pursue additional business opportunities and apply a strategic mid-long term approach.
Manage all interfaces
By frequently addressing the requirements across functions
By proactively coordinating/ facilitate meetings with other functions and accounts
To develop the franchise account strategies
To ensure quarterly updates of strategic franchise account initiatives
To present strategic initiatives for local management team
To establish regular franchise visit schedule
To manage sustainable growth by adopting a sell out mindset and drive initiatives through sell out support
Proactively lead the alignment of the sell in/ out process across internal functions
By proactively facilitate meeting/business reviews with designated operations team and Customer Service
To conduct and share sell through information from account
Controlling:
To deliver and measure progress of franchisee’s KPIs
To monitor and report the market trends and competitors in the area
To provide realistic business plans and forecasts that is aligned with the company’s long range plan.
