Marketing Manager, Male Grooming
In this role, you have the opportunity to
- Be part of the male grooming team, the key category within Philips Personal Health portfolio. You will report to the Senior Marketing Manager and lead a team to collaborate with many other teams including Innovation Marketing, Sales, E-commerce, Finance etc.
- To further drive a solid foundation business into a new growing momentum and expand the size of shaver category
- To bring out new way of modelling and approach in a commercial perspective from brand to business together to embrace Philips transformation
You are responsible for
- As business owner for youth line shaver sub-categories who manages business and sales, portfolio, innovation landing, commercial approach in end to end spectrum
- Achieving business success for sub-categories by crafting and leading the delivery of locally relevant go-to-market plans of existing and new products, with well positioned target audience, product message, commercial promotion
- Assisting in manage the marketing budget, and being accountable for the top and bottom - line category results
- Assisting in manage a full range of product portfolio, which includes the original line and NPI with targeted business approach to maintain business foundation and drive incremental opportunities
- Monitoring market trend and providing business/marketing solutions by full understanding on competition movement, consumer insight and channel dynamics
- As a team leader who manages and coaches a small group of team members to achieve team success in terms of project delivery and people capability development
- Shaping and nurturing dynamic relationships with local sales, internal marketing teams and other functions such as supply chain and finance

You will report to the Male Grooming Marketing Director and collaborate with many other teams including Digital marketing, PR, E-commerce, Sales, Finance etc.,
To succeed in this role, you should obtain the key competency and experience below
- A Bachelor’s degree (Business-related degree preferred)
- Minimum of 6~8 years’ experience in brand marketing and business management in the FMCG/ Skincare / Cosmetics industry including P&L management for a business category, minimum of 2 years being in managerial position
- Demonstrate a strong growth mindset with entrepreneurial attitude to drive for excellence
- Proven successful case in terms of new product launch and business management
- Experienced in developing commercial plan from business and marketing perspective, go to market planning, campaign activation execution, monitoring and evaluation of campaign
- Good analytical skills from data mining, insight exploration, issue & opportunity identification, conclusion / action development
- Ability to think from a broader commercial perspective out of marketing / branding, and strategically, creatively that focused on opportunity and growth
- Good people management skills
- Fluency in written/spoken English and Mandarin
