PRIMARY

• Ensure good planning of product deliveries to 3PL warehouse to minimize port storage/ DEM&DET charges.
• Ensure good consolidation planning of product deliveries to 3PL warehouse to achieve better fill rate with cost efficiency
• Monitoring & management of inbound & outbound capacity planning & hard launch date prioritization
• Supporting eCom & non-eCom business growth by managing daily warehouse outbound picking & distribution operations (adidas & adiGolf) are functioning safely with high level of accuracy, efficiency (cost & process) and productivity
• Optimizing Inbound & Outbound delivery performance with cost saving initiatives; provide visible product flow and status; strengthening processes and policies; leveraging systems.
• Analyze and coordinate with Customer Service & Sales team for warehouse capacity planning at daily/ weekly/monthly Delivery Notes to 3PL Warehouse to maximize outbound capacity and efficiency
• To keep track the accuracy of customer shipments and on time delivery & coordinate customer claims handling and investigation between Sales and 3PL warehouse team.
• To lead and provide guidance for delivery routing and planning & collection
• Drive and approve short picks, cancellations of daily outbound quantities by aligning with commercial team and Inventory analyst
• To manage daily 3PL Warehouse inbound & outbound operations (adidas & adiGolf) are functioning safely with high level of accuracy, efficiency (cost & process) and productivity.
• Ensuring good warehouse practices are continually maintained to make the “Best in Class” facility in the region.
• Ensuring continuous creative improvement inbound process thru problem identification and problem analysis.
• Be responsible for 3PL Warehouse, Global KPIs Performance, analyze & identify areas of improvement.
• Vigilant in being the gatekeeper in any deviation in process
• Conduct regular audit check on 3PL POD, process and documentation

SECONDARY

• Ensuring timely submission of Flash report with high level of accuracy and other reports assigned.
• Updating of weekly incoming shipment report to 3PL for their storage capacity planning & posting of Inventory Status timely.
• Coordination and Communication with “internal customers” with regards to Inbound & outbound activities.
• Manage and control Inbound & Outbound management activities in accordance to the Statement Of Work (SOW).
• Timely submission or updating of reports assigned.
• Conducting investigation for any inbound discrepancy. Compiling & responsible for claim submission to relevant parties on timely manner for inbound shortage / product loss or damaged.
• On time verification & coding of inbound/outbound related invoices before submission for approval by Senior Manager, Operations.
• Coordinate warehouse short- picked process & J0 issue with the support of Customer Service team.
• Coordinate for retail store pull out & replenishment of eCom packaging material, return collection from WS/FRS customers/ ECOMM & retail stores.
• On time verification & coding of outbound related invoices before submission for approval by Senior Manager, Operations
• To support Store Fixtures import shipment activities.
• Inter- support of inbound & outbound control & management in the absence of Manager, DC
• Perform any other roles or duties assigned by the Senior Manager, Operations, which is deemed reasonable, practical and logical.

Professional background/ Experience:

Minimum 3 years work experience in logistics operations

Preferable experience in the sport or clothing industry

Exposure/Knowledge:

• Logistics Management or related field
• Well known the inbound & outbound process
