Description
The successful candidate must have experience initiating, managing and enhancing business processes and system infrastructure programs. Critical to the role will be the ability to communicate and partner across the organization with business groups and regional teams. Also required is experience managing complex, large scale global, cross-functional programs. As the Senior Manager you bring 6+ years of people management experience that elevates your team member's capabilities and 10+ yrs leading global programs. You have a genuine passion for improving the way we work and serve as “stitchers” to connect the dots and ability to see the big picture with an end-to-end view.
Minimum Qualifications
  • 10+ years of leading a portfolio of global programs
  • 6+ years of leadership and people management experience
  • Ability to manage resources globally, balancing priorities and the business needs across 5+ cross functional teams
  • Experience leading global system implementations such as HRIS, SAP, eCommerce or Retail systems
Preferred Qualifications
  • 15+ years of leading a portfolio of global programs
  • 8+ years of leadership and people management experience
  • High proficiency in creating keynote presentations to executive team and can implement pivot tables for Excel
  • Deep understanding of project, program and portfolio planning and delivery to the level that they can set standards, implement process improvements and coach team members
  • Exceptional communication skills, verbal, written and presentation
  • Ability to lead and develop a hard-working team
  • Demonstrable ability to personally deliver large scale initiatives quickly, with high levels of complexity and ambiguity
  • Build, maintain and develop relationships cross functionally
  • Develop new strategies and options for projects and programs, champion for continuous improvements
  • Ability to drive rapid response for critical programs/crisis management
  • Acting as a Program Management Office function for key cross-functional initiatives within the Retail organization
Pay & Benefits
  • At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $211,800 and $317,600, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.Note: Apple benefit, compensation and employee stock programs are subject to eligibility requirements and other terms of the applicable plan or program.
