Minimum Qualifications
  • 12+ years Product or Technical Program Management experience, ideally in a sales or e-commerce organization
  • 7+ years managing a team of Product or Technical Program Managers, and 3+ years experience leading managers and senior individual contributors
  • Experience designing and evolving organizational structures, hiring and developing diverse, highly motivated team members
  • Experience delivering customer-facing digital products and capabilities globally
  • Possess strong technical skills with the ability to dive into technical details and designs in order to partner with Engineering teams to deliver software
Preferred Qualifications
  • BA/BS or equivalent experience, MBA a Plus
  • Highly skilled at building a strong team culture with a focus on team and individual development
  • Proven track record of developing and delivering multi-year experience and capability roadmaps with complex interdependencies
  • Skilled at leading teams that deliver high quality, innovative technology products
  • Strong leadership presence and communication skills that span executive, partner, and project communication, including the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences
  • Skilled at and embraces working in a fast-paced, ambiguous, evolving, collaborative environment
  • Ability to drive process and program improvement via direct and cross-functional partner teams
Pay & Benefits
  • At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $238,300 and $358,200, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.Note: Apple benefit, compensation and employee stock programs are subject to eligibility requirements and other terms of the applicable plan or program.
