Job Description

Project Management

• Hypercare On-Site: Trouble shoot any/all site issues Day 1+ across all functions, direct, indirect.
• Engage global functional SMEs as needed on issues that cannot be resolved locally.
• Support integration locally, TSA work
• Being the counterpart for site lead on any above site matter
• Engage with Site Leadership daily and ensure support.

Leadership

• Expected to lead and influence newly conveyed colleagues to our company, as appropriate, in the leadership of projects or other initiatives as well as educating our company’s culture, mindsets and WoW.

Stakeholder Engagement/Management:

• Leads engagement with the business stakeholders such as Commercials Operations and across manufacturing support functions such Supply Chain Management, Quality Assurance, Technology, Environmental Health and Safety, Finance, Regulatory Affairs, Legal.

Qualifications:

• Undergraduate degree (Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent) preferably in Engineering, Science, or Business fields
• Extensive years of experience in manufacturing operations, supply chain, business management experience.
• Experience working with commercial operations, suppliers and customers across the world (“global” experience) in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Excellent English speaking and writing skills. Vietnamese speaking would be ideal but not required.
• Demonstrated ability to work well with people from many different disciplines.
• Project management experience with high degree of flexibility and adaptability to deal with ambiguous and dynamic situation.
• Experience managing multiple simultaneous and complex projects requiring frequent communication, organizing/time management and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
• Demonstrated strong leadership, problem solving, and team building skills/experience and sensitivity to diverse cultures
• Ability to work independently with minimal coaching.
