Responsibilities

  • Support the procurement process from vendor onboarding to vendor payment for all BCDC.
  • Collaborate with HR and Finance to track and manage headcount and financial budgets.
  • Assist in the execution of operating rhythms (All Hands meetings, ops reviews, etc.) to ensure effective communication, partnerships, and delivery.
  • Oversee internal communications to enhance employee engagement.
  • Create, manage, and maintain specific communications and cadences as needed.
  • Build productive relationships across the organization at all levels to drive influence.
  • Build consensus among cross-functional teams and influence decision-making.
  • Provide strategic, tactical, financial, operational, analytical, and team management support for a wide variety of business planning and operations functions.
  • Work with Product, Engineering, BD, Finance, HR, and other partner teams to understand challenges, discover insights, create opportunities for synergies, and implement solutions to manage and grow our business.
  • Streamline and automate existing processes and recommend improvements as needed.
  • Demonstrate a strong process orientation with the ability to define and document new or improved business planning and management processes and reporting mechanisms.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in relevant roles in technology, strategy, business planning and analysis, project/program management, or crypto management.
  • Typically requires a minimum of 5 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or 3 years and a Master’s degree; or a PhD without experience; or equivalent work experience.
  • A high level of energy, flexibility, a perpetual enthusiasm to learn new skills and take on new responsibilities, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment.
  • Strong verbal communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
  • Ability to influence stakeholders
