What you'll do:
- Lead and oversee the Access Management and Operations Team, providing strategic direction and guidance to ensure the effective management and control of user access.
- Develop and implement access management strategies, policies, and processes that align with industry best practices, regulatory requirements, and organizational goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, security, and business units, to design and implement robust access controls and security measures.
- Establish and maintain access management governance frameworks, including access control matrices, user access provisioning/deprovisioning processes, and user access request workflows.
- Monitor access management systems, tools, and processes to proactively identify and address potential security risks or violations.
- Drive continuous improvement of access management practices, leveraging data analytics and metrics to identify areas for enhancement and optimization.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to the team, including hiring, training, and performance management of access management specialists.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on access management, staying informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices.
- Collaborate with auditors and compliance teams to conduct access management audits and reviews, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.
What you'll bring:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Information Security related field.
- In-depth knowledge of access management practices, principles, and technologies, including identity and access management (IAM) solutions.
- Proven experience in designing and implementing access controls, user provisioning/deprovisioning processes, and access request workflows.
- Excellent leadership and managerial skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team towards achieving goals.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a strategic mindset and attention to detail.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Relevant certifications, such as Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) or Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), are highly desirable.
- Experience in project management and driving process improvement initiatives is a plus.
