What you'll do...
What You'll Do:
· Develop and implement a comprehensive privileged access management and Linux identity management framework and strategy.
· Establish and enforce policies, procedures, and protocols for securing privileged accounts, management and ensuring robust controls for Linux identity management.
· Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of privileged access management tools and technologies.
· Define and maintain access rights, roles, and permissions for privileged accounts and Linux identities in accordance with industry standards and best practices.
· Oversee and continuously improve the processes for enforcing security controls while maintaining operational excellence within PAM and Linux identity space.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate privileged access management practices and Linux identity management into existing systems and processes.
· Provide leadership and guidance to the security team, establishing goals, priorities, and performance objectives in both privileged access management and Linux identity management.
· Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in privileged access management and Linux identity management.
· Foster a culture of security awareness and compliance by educating and training employees on privileged access management and Linux identity management principles and practices.
· Collaborate with IT teams to ensure proper integration and compatibility of privileged access management and Linux identity management solutions with existing infrastructure.
· Provide strategic recommendations to executive leadership regarding privileged access management and Linux identity management initiatives.
· Stay informed about regulatory requirements and ensure compliance with relevant regulations in relation to privileged access management and Linux identity management.
What you will bring:
· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
· Proven experience in privileged access management and Linux identity management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
· Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
· Excellent problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities.
· Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
· In-depth knowledge of privileged access management principles, practices, and technologies is preferred
· Experience in designing and implementing privileged access management and Linux identity management strategy for the enterprise is preferred

The annual salary range for this position is $130,000.00-$260,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include: - Stock Minimum Qualifications...These jobs might be a good fit
