What you’ll do

  • Coordinate and execute the end to end of the operative / administrative activities related with Finance and the Strategic Ledger Training.

  • Leads program execution activities regarding logistics (virtual/in person), LMS operations and administration (course creation/roster management), Brainshark creation/edits, content testing, facilitation/speakers scheduling, communication, among others.

  • Understands relevant business and HR priorities and opportunities for capability building, performance improvement, cultural development, and overall impact within their region/product/function

  • In partnership with Learning Advisors and Program Managers, provides management and consulting to Human Resource and business partners and proactively identifies and prioritizes the L&D opportunities to support successful business outcomes.

  • Conducts the analysis of current versus future state gaps, identifies root causes, determines the appropriate solution and how success should be measured.

  • Monitors and communicates progress measuring the effectiveness with the Learning Advisors and Program managers to navigate any variation in expectations with them

  • Collaborates with colleagues across HR to provide integrated experience for region/product/function partners

  • Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behaviour, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.

What we’ll need from you

  • Experience in Learning and Development

  • Proven influencing and relationship management skills

  • Proactive leadership and motivational skills

  • Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office with an emphasis on MS Excel

  • Self-motivated and detail oriented

Education

  • Bachelor’s/University degree, Master’s degree preferred
