What You’ll Do

  • Own the end-to-end Services Sales cycle (Consulting and Support offerings), from account planning to deal closure and renewals.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, guiding customers through their cloud and AI transformation journey and maximizing adoption of Microsoft Solutions.
  • Collaborate with Microsoft teams and partners to deliver integrated, outcome-based solutions.
  • Build long-term relationships and drive annuity growth through multiyear agreements.
  • Leverage business value and TCO analysis to align solutions with customer priorities.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology (IT),
    • OR related field AND 8+ years industry sales experience in the commercial
    • OR related work
    • OR equivalent experience.
  • 2+ years consulting solution sales experience
      • OR experience in Sales and experience in consulting delivery
Responsibilities
  • Lead Services Sales to realize customer vision through consultative selling, listening, and continuous planning to achieve Enterprise Strategic customer business outcomes.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders using a One Microsoft Approach. Identify sales opportunities and drive customer value across sales stages for the Microsoft Services portfolio to execute sales across AI Business Solutions, AI Cloud Platforms, and Security.

  • Engage in cross-solution selling with the Solution Specialists, leveraging the Microsoft Services portfolio to increase revenue growth. Position and sell the Unified Mission Critical Portfolio and Security Services to maintain a secure cloud infrastructure.

  • Identify and sell Microsoft Services to address customer challenges through co-innovation with partners and teams. Engage cross-industry resources to achieve AI Transformation ambitions.

  • Build a durable annuity business by securing multiyear agreements and managing renewals with clear plans and high accuracy.
