Job Description:
Success in this role is when this individual anticipates the needs of the executives and takes the initiative to solve problems independently, whilst managing the calendar and emails displaying appropriate judgment to positively support CEO’s daily work
Your day to day:
- Manage planning,calendars and emails; make considered and appropriatejudgements; manageand prioritize complex schedules, ensuring efficient time management
- Coordinate meetings effectively, including meeting logistics, attendance, time management and follow-up
- Make travel arrangements expeditiously and accurately with a service-oriented attitude to best support executives
- Prepare and track purchase orders and expense reports
- Follow up on action items on behalf of the executives as appropriate
- Partner and network with other company administrative assistants to collaborate, obtain information, get things done and solve problems
- Provide support for other ad hoc projects as needed

- Strong common sense, a high level of professionalism, and a proven track record as an efficient executive assistant
- Effective communication skills, and capable of building strong relationships with stakeholders and departments to accomplish tasks and achieve goals
- Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
- Outstanding planning and organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail
- High degree of flexibility and adaptability, able to work under pressure and tight timeline when needed
- Strong execution ability to operate effectively in a fast moving environment
- Respect for confidentiality and the ability to properly handle sensitive information is a must
- Ability to confidently interface with executive-level contacts inside and outside the company
- A “can-do” attitude that focuses on getting the job done with politeness and good cheer;
- Excellent customer service orientation.
- Stress resistance, and a good sense of time management.
You Must Also Have:
- Bachelor's degree or above, with at least two years of experience in administrative assistant/secretary related work;
- International approach and a global mindset with advanced skills in verbal and written English;
- Proven competency using MS Office applications; Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook.
