IT Advisor, Technology Consulting, Digital and Emerging Technologies, Microsoft – Biz Apps – Dynamics 365 CE/ Power Platform - Solutions Architect (Manager) (Multiple Positions) (1512380), Ernst & Young U.S. LLP, Sacramento, CA.

Design the solution architecture for Microsoft Dynamics Customer Experience (CE) and Power Platform solutions customized to meet the client’s business needs. Focus on the evaluation, design, customization and optimization of Power Platform based solutions. Act as an intermediary between the business and the technical community to understand business requirements and define the solution architecture required to translate business requirements into workable solutions. Team with various EY groups with digital capabilities to pursue and deliver digital engagements and solutions that will bring client’s digital vision and strategy to life. Participate in enterprise solution implementations, including all project phases such as discovery, definition, build, test and deploy. Function as part of the delivery team to ensure the solutions built for clients meet their needs to help drive their success. Utilize knowledge of Microsoft solutions to accurately estimate the effort required to deploy a customized solution. Coordinate across multidisciplinary teams and collaborate with functional analysts, architects, and developers, to communicate business requirements.

Full time employment, Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week, 8:30 am – 5:30 pm.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems (MIS), Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Mathematics or a related field and 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate related work experience. Alternatively, will accept a Master’s degree in Management Information Systems (MIS), Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Mathematics or a related field and 4 years of related work experience.

Must have 2 years of experience in system design and/or information systems

Must have 2 years of experience with relational database concepts.

Must have 1 years of experience implementing Microsoft Dynamics CE and/or Power Platform, including hands-on experience with configurations and customizations.

Must have 2 years of experience supervising onshore and/or offshore delivery teams.

Must have 3 years of experience in translating business requirements into IT solutions, including gathering business and technical requirements, solution design and build, testing, and solution deployment.

Requires domestic travel up to 50% to serve client needs.
