Manage customer orders from receipt to delivery, ensuring accuracy andtimeliness.
Maintain relationships with internal teams, software partners and affiliatesthrough specific channels (conferences, Microsoft calls, e-mail, etc.) provingprofessionalism and expertise.
Proactively communicate with customers regarding order status, changes, andany potential issues.
Resolve customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints related to ordermanagement.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement solutions toenhance order management efficiency.
YOU MUST HAVE
Minimumof 1-3 years of experience in order management or customer service roles
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple taskssimultaneously
Excellent English verbal and written communicate skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize at times of high volume, scheduleflexibility during End of Month, End or Quarter
Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
Ability toprioritize and effectively manage distractions
