JOB DESCRIPTION
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage customer orders from receipt to delivery, ensuring accuracy andtimeliness.
  • Maintain relationships with internal teams, software partners and affiliatesthrough specific channels (conferences, Microsoft calls, e-mail, etc.) provingprofessionalism and expertise.
  • Proactively communicate with customers regarding order status, changes, andany potential issues.
  • Resolve customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints related to ordermanagement.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement solutions toenhance order management efficiency.
YOU MUST HAVE
  • Minimumof 1-3 years of experience in order management or customer service roles
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple taskssimultaneously
  • Excellent English verbal and written communicate skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize at times of high volume, scheduleflexibility during End of Month, End or Quarter
  • Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
  • Ability toprioritize and effectively manage distractions
