What You’ll Do
- Champion our culture, company mission, vision, purpose and values to internal and external audiences
- Build hybrid workforce experiences that enhance our culture, build empathy and the connection between employees
- Be attuned to the specific needs of Uber’s culture, identify root causes of engagement issues, and support Program Managers to address them
- Support and manage task driven programs; coordinating logistics and planning events in various Uber cities
- Collaborate with business leaders and cross-functional teams on identifying, documenting and adopting best practices for employee engagement and retention
- Create team and org-wide communications on events and initiatives using various formats including internal communications and marketing
- Thoroughly plan and implement programs with multiple work streams and dependencies and ensure that end-to-end strategy is accomplished
Basic Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience in project management
- Problem solving, collaboration, stakeholder management, and analytical skills
- Communication, planning, organization skills
Preferred Qualifications
- At least 1 year of event planning coordination or leading experience
- Confidently present material to large audiences virtually and in-person
- Data analysis
- Experience with graphic design
- High energy, enthusiasm, and professionalism
- A high level of proficiency with Google Suite Applications
- Superior organizational skills and impeccable follow-through on tasks
For Phoenix, AZ-based roles: The base hourly rate amount for this role is USD$28.75 per hour.
