Develop and maintain maintenance procedures and schedules for existing and future equipment, whie ensuring adherence to a safe work culture and improve upon safety, as needed
Procedures & PMs, develop & maintain proper documentation of all necessary procedures; periodic maintenance tasks; equipment changes (electrical, spare parts upgrades, mechanical), etc.
Train, develop, and manage the maintenance team, work with engineering and operations regularly to ensure needs are aligned, provide reports on equipment status as needed
Work with inventory management to track and maintain spares and specialized tooling, while maintaining spare parts inventory, identifying and ordering needed parts and updating tracking system
Assist with budget development and reporting, manage and coordinate contract services as needed
Training and directing the training of maintenance associates to support production requirements
What You’ll Bring
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a technical field preferred. 9+ years of experience in an equipment maintenance role and 6+ years of experience in a leadership role, preferred. MIG Welding, Fabrication, Powder coating a PLUS
Must have command of the English language, both written and verbal, plus experience working in fast paced, highly automated, manufacturng environment facilities
Strong record of maintenance management in a production setting with experience in a broad variety of measurement and inspection techniques
Experience and thorough knowledge of production systems and processes, experience managing teams of people in a production environment by working efficiently and productively in independent and team settings
Able to remain engaged, proactive and positive in tough circumstances, owning assignments and taking full accountability for their performance while working well under pressure and managing competing demands against tight deadlines
Fluent with common MS office programs such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project. Planned Maintenance System experience a PLUS
