[Purpose Statement]

Key responsibilities include driving business growth, identifying new opportunities to increase sales revenue, and providing valuable clinical insights on products, procedures, and protocols.

[Key Responsibilities]

  • Actively promote key products through strong sales skills and by delivering comprehensive clinical solutions
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive the adoption of core products in both existing and potential accounts
  • Proactively cultivate customer relationships and pursue leads for BSC products and services to drive sales revenue and achieve territory goals
  • Ensure effective communication and collaboration with distributors to maximize alignment with business objectives
  • Develop and organize education programs for all HCPs; represent Boston Scientific at meetings, conferences, and exhibitions to promote products and services
  • Responding to customer needs regarding BSC products and services by providing innovative and practical solutions
  • Analysis of the market situation and competitor activities
  • Distributor Management & Alignment – setting and monitoring strategic goals and KPIs / Strengthening distributor sales capabilities through sales and product training

[Required Qualifications]

  • Passion to learn and dedicate to improve patient’s lives and sense of ownership
  • Good written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • From New level to 7 years of working knowledge/experience in medical devices/pharm (Peripheral Intervention field such as Interventional Radiology, Interventional Cardiology and Vascular Surgeon, etc is preferred)
  • Good computer proficiency (MS Office – Word, Excel and Outlook)
  • Good verbal and written communication skills in English
