We are currently seeking a Bucharest office. Reporting to the Senior Sales Manager CEE, your focus will be on preparing solutions based on customer requirements, supporting account managers, making follow-up calls and providing high-quality customer service. You will be also working with channel partners to build an opportunities pipeline and analyze competitors’ solutions.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Setting strategy and action plan for CEE region for the targeted verticals in coordination with global vertical leaders
  • Building team competence, participating in product launches, collaboration with R&D
  • Leading local strategic campaigns
  • Generating qualified leads that can be transferred to account managers and finally converted into orders
  • Building relations with investors, designers, developers, FM companies
  • Virtual and F2F customer visits
  • Supporting account managers in reaching decision makers
  • Using SalesForce.com and other CRM tools to record and input customer information, contact information, activity, sales opportunities, and wins
  • Understanding customer needs and requirements to provide relevant solutions
  • Supporting the organizations revenue & profit growth strategies
  • Identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within existing and new customers

We are looking for a passionate, confident, and ambitious engineer who wants to join sales department of one of the biggest suppliers of BMS solutions. We provide professional onboarding in sales processes. Candidates will need to demonstrate selling skills, analytical mindset, and commercial understanding.

  • +3 years of related work experience (must have)
  • Deep knowledge of BMS / automation / HVAC market (must have)
  • Excellent communication skills, English and Romanian language knowledge (must have) + Bulgarian (nice to have)
  • Competent numeracy/commercial skills
  • Proven operational and organizational competencies
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a dynamic workplace
  • Must be a self-starter and work with minimal supervision
  • Show persistency in the face of setbacks
  • Be able to demonstrate career ambition
