Building Automation (BA) Team Reporting to the Senior Sales Manager CEE, your focus will be on preparing solutions based on customer requirements, supporting account managers, making follow-up calls and providing high-quality customer service. You will be also working with channel partners to build an opportunities pipeline and analyze competitors’ solutions.
Key responsibilities:
- Setting strategy and action plan for CEE region for the targeted verticals in coordination with global vertical leader.
- Preparing tender specifications and project designs
- Building team competence, participating in product launches, collaboration with R&D
- Leading local strategic campaigns
- Generating qualified leads that can be transferred to account managers and finally converted into orders
- Virtual and F2F customer visits
- Using SalesForce.com and other CRM tools to record and input customer information, contact information, activity, sales opportunities, and wins
- Supporting the organizations revenue & profit growth strategies
- Identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within existing and new customers
Key Experience & Capabilities:
- +3 years of related work experience (must have )
- Deep knowledge of BMS / automation / HVAC market (must have)
- Excellent communication skills, English and Romanian language knowledge (must have) + Bulgarian (nice to have)
- Proven operational and organizational competencies
- Must be a self-starter and work with minimal supervision
