Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- BS – Finance/Accounting/Technical.
- Proficiency in valuation analysis and financial modeling with strong attention to detail.
- M&A transaction experience.
- 3 plus years of experience working in dynamic team-based environments.
- Strong communications capabilities.
- Proven ability to deliver effective Executive Presentations.
- MS/ Office tools expert level (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Grit – demonstrated perseverance of effort and passion for success in achieving long term objectives.
