Qualifications
- 10+ years of Program Management experience driving a portfolio of multiple SaaS programs simultaneously across several teams and sites
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex technical information in a clear and concise manner to executives as well as engineers
- Ability to rally teams behind your execution plan, communicate a clear story of challenges and opportunities, and align executive teams on program outcomes
- Experience driving program outcomes in an Agile/Scrum based environment, balancing the desire of date driven business outcomes and prioritization-based development outcomes
- Demonstrated ability to work in a matrix environment and influence at all levels, building strong partnerships across the organization for delivery of best outcomes
- Experience driving large horizontal programs impacting user experience innovation preferred
