Key job responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:- Serve as the single threaded owner for driving cross value stream execution coordination within Kuiper's satellite manufacturing plant- Oversee daily plant operations to ensure timely and accurate production and material movement between production lines
- Coordinate between production, quality assurance, and logistics to streamline workflows and eliminate bottlenecks
- Implement and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for plant fulfillment processesExport Control Requirement:

- Advanced degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or another relevant field.
- 7+ years of experience in operations management within the aerospace industry.
- Proven leadership experience with a track record of managing and developing high-performing teams.

- Strong understanding of aerospace industry standards, regulations, and compliance requirements.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Proficiency in operations management software (e.g., ERP systems).
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
