Responsibilities:
Display & Video Programmatic channel lead across retail bank
Ownership of programmatic channel (display and video) performance across key products - keeping steady pulse on performance against goals
Proposing, vetting and validating optimization recommendations from agency partners
Ensuring operational excellence in execution from agency partners
Ownership of channel level testing agenda - partnership with measurement and agency teams to develop storytelling deliverables
Driving channel level growth by pushing for tactical and strategic evolution - playing key function in unlocking new partners and capabilities gaining buy-in from key internal stakeholders
Channel Lead for bi-annual planning - validating and providing input into briefing and ensuring tactical pull through
Partner with strategy and creative teams in providing creative briefing for asset development
This Associate should bring:
Hands on experience in programmatic ad platforms across display and video
Passion for emerging trends across the digital marketing landscape
An entrepreneurial spirit, initiative, leadership, creativity, balance of proactive and reactiveness, and drive for results
Able to manage the details of multiple projects, deadlines, and changing priorities simultaneously while maintaining excellent and accurate work
A curious mindset, ready to dig in on consumerattitudes/behaviors/trendsand draw implications for marketing
Highly effective communication skills with outstanding writing, editing, and presentation abilities
Strong working knowledge of Google Suite (Sheets, Docs and Slides)
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or military experience
At least 5 years of experience in digital marketing
At least 5 years of experience in planning, execution, and analysis of paid digital programs
Preferred Qualifications:
At least 2 years of experience working with cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment
At least 3 years of experience in financial services marketing
Management experience or experience delivering results through others
Experience managing client and partner relationships or account management
