The Securities Operations Analyst is responsible for day to day Securities Operations processing. He/She should perform his/her duties accurately, efficiently, in timely manner and in line with the local regulations and Citi policies

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform pre matching and settlement of Securities transactions
• Interact with client and with different counter parties during the settlement process
• Build and maintain customer relationship and increase customer satisfaction by exceeding expectations
• Process the corporate actions and income payments along with tax declaration and payment
• Process billing / Invoicing of Securities Businesses Clients activity.
• Report and maintain a cemented relationship with regulators based on integrity and respect
• Manage clients account maintenance in the Securities Management information system
• Keep strict adherence to the information security policies and any other applicable policy in that regard
• Maintain fully effective Risk and Control culture and perform these activities with high level of integrity
• Risk & Compliance, Audit issues & policies
• Comply with Local Rules and Regulations
• Comply with Citi Policies, Standards, Processes and Procedures

Knowledge/Experience:

• 3 to 5 years experience in Securities Services
• Aware of financial market local regulations

Skills:

• Excellent written and communication skills (English and French)
• Strong analytical skills
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Computer and data base management oriented skills

Qualifications:

• Business education background.
• Bachelor in Financial Field or equivalent.
• AMMC Licensing/Certifications.
