This role is for a new commercial business being launched by Capital One. In this role you will work across the organization to develop and refine a go-to-market strategy for winning customers and partners across different industry verticals. This role is a mix of sales, business development, partnerships and sales operations. You will prospect new commercialization opportunities which align with our strategy and work with internal teams to move prospects through the funnel. You will collect feedback from our commercial partners and prospects, and work closely with the product team to optimize product to market fit. You will also be responsible for standing up a sales operations function and determine how to build a scalable and well managed go to market plan.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or Military experience
At least 7 years of GTM, Sales or Consulting experience

New York City (Hybrid On-Site): $272,600 - $311,200 for Sr. Director, Bus Development San Francisco and San Jose, California (Hybrid On-Site): $288,800 - $329,600 for Sr. Director, Bus DevelopmentThis role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI). Incentives could be discretionary or non discretionary depending on the plan.. Eligibility varies based on full or part-time status, exempt or non-exempt status, and management level.
