Your Role and ResponsibilitiesProposal specialists are experts in process and documentation they work with sellers to have properly registered documentation when customers sign a contract; they know how a good contract may look like, good statement of work, price cases and everything related to the contracts.
These specialists assist sellers with contracting documents (SOW, PCR, DOU, RA) and processes, Conga assistance, CMR, ECR, price cases (SDM GPE), Q2C, GACL, tax reviews, finance and legal.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- Two or more years (2+) of previous experience related with proposal or contract management, Q2C, seller support, auditing, or administrative work.
- Fluent in english.
- Excellent writing and editing skills, experience with technical writing and editing is preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver well-written, audience-specific materials.
- Ability to work proactively and independently to provide compliant proposal responses, while managing multiple efforts and meeting deadlines.
- Strong communication and relationship building skills.
- High proficiency with MS Office Products including, but not limited to, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, or SharePoint.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks.
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
- Experience with Q2C process and audit requirements.
- IBM services pricing tooling SDM GPE.
- IBM services contract tooling Conga.
- Base reference agreement lookup.
- IBM customer number lookup, creation, and updating.
