Performs a variety of general administrative duties that may include photocopying, coordinating meetings/appointments, typing, faxing, ordering/maintaining supplies, arranging travel, preparing and/or sorting mail.
Serves as a point of contact for internal customers. Contacts are frequently within organization (with the option of limited contacts outside the organization) and involve obtaining or providing information on matters of moderate importance to the organization and may be of a sensitive nature.
Inputs data into assigned systems.
Performs quality checks on functional work, as assigned.
Answers functional questions that may require additional research and follow-up.
Viewed as key functional resource for a variety of tasks and projects.
Anticipates and coordinates projects/assignments, organizes own schedule, to meet deadlines. May gather and prepare data in preparation of upcoming projects, meetings, updates, etc; identifies future needs to complete projects.
Makes decisions using independent judgment under general guidance.
Creates documents (letters/memos/presentations, etc.) using existing material; ensures document is logical and complete as well as accurate in grammar and spelling; makes suggestions for improvements in existing communications.
Manages work in a confidential manner, ensuring information is shared with internal and external individuals as appropriate.
Provides guidance to peers as necessary regarding proprietary information.
What We’re Looking For:
Bachelor's degree in: Science, Business, or related field.
English Level desired: C1
Experience: at least 1 year.
Or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Desired knowledge: Excel, Microsoft applications, organization, problem solving, collaboration, communication.
