As a Program Manager - Associate for Software Engineer Program you will be critical to the success of the Program. You will play a variety of roles within the Program including supporting engineers, developing and managing relationships with clients and partnering with key firmwide stakeholders to ensure the Program’s success.
You will demonstrate end-to-end ownership by creating and driving execution strategy around the Program objectives to deliver a globally consistent and robust engineer experience.
Job responsibilities
- Work with the governance group SEP Executive Committee and technology center leadership teams to identify challenging placements with engaged managers for engineers
- Manage all core Program processes from end-to-end including placement based from demand planning, Line Of Business (LOB) stakeholder engagement, SEP program education for program participants, compensation processes, and engineer development
- Partner with Campus Recruiting to deliver top quality talent for the company, support diversity initiatives and participate in candidate assessment activities
- Partner with the SEP Training team to ensure all aspects of engineer training and Induction are successfully planned and implemented
- Drive the production, analysis and distribution of key program metrics and presentations through engineer/manager surveys and Exec committee materials
- Participate in, and lead, global & program-wide initiatives including process re-engineering, communication strategy, engineer role review, manager effectiveness, engineer/manager surveys, global SEP committees and alumni engagement
- Work with other PMs within the global teams to ensure consistency in process and approach
- Track and report the financial status of planned expenditures against actual expenses
- Provide coaching to engineers on career planning and development, increasing performance/contribution, issue resolution, mobility searches and retention through regular meetings. Provide guidance to managers/HR Business Partners on performance management issues
- Managing all logistics for program events, including engineer/manager roundtables, engineer meetings, SEP graduation, Tech Center Welcome and Induction planning
