As Recruitment Partner Early Careers Program you will play a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and selecting the next generation of talent into adidas. You will be responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with these schools and will effectively represent the adidas brand on campus.
This role plays a key role in identifying the brand’s next generation of leaders and impeccable communication, relationship building and networking skills are a must.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• In partnership with the broader ECTA Team, HR and the ECTA Steerco, design and implement a comprehensives campus recruitment strategy that is aligned to the relevant business areas future talent needs.
• Identify key target schools, plan/attend career fairs, information sessions, utilize online platforms, and networking events, to engage with potential candidates and promote the adidas early career roles.
• Build strong relationships with colleges, universities, career services offices, faculty members, and student organizations. Establish rapport and maintain regular communication to enhance the organization's brand and visibility on campus.
• Lead an industrialized recruitment process, including video interviews, talent/role pooling and (virtual) assessment centres.
• Deliver a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Providing timely communication, offering guidance and support, delivering a seamless and professional candidate experience from initial contact to final decision.
• Effectively bring the adidas EVP to life on campus. Promoting the adidas brand, values, and culture to attract and engage potential candidates. Showcasing the brand’s unique selling points and creating a compelling employer brand presence on campus.
• With exact precision, effectively track and analyse key recruitment metrics, such as candidate conversion rates, time-to-hire, and source effectiveness. Regularly report on key metrics and insights, highlighting trends, areas for improvement, and strategies for optimizing campus recruitment efforts.
• Lead the entire recruitment process including requisition approval, hiring manager briefing, job advertising, candidate sourcing, application review, candidate screening, interview strategy, and offer process and continuously work with the hiring teams to identify opportunities to improve the process.
• Provide guidance to the hiring teams throughout the recruitment process and frequently update them on the status of the process.
• Own responsibility for candidate and hiring manager experience results and drives standards to ensure a quality performance against all standards.
• Effectively utilize comprehensive knowledge of adidas brand and adidas Group offerings, benefits, comp strategies, and programs to market adidas and the adidas Group as an Employer of Choice.
• Lead additional recruitment initiatives as needed.
• Plan and participate in strategic planning meetings with functional/market leadership and key business partners of all levels to understand current and upcoming requirements in order to build a strategy on effective recruitment activities for positions within your area of responsibility.
• Conduct ‘season’ review meetings with business leaders and key business partners to provide an overview of recruiting achievements as well as opportunities to improve hiring performance moving forward.
• Utilize recruitment systems effectively following key standards, documenting key actions, recommending improvements and ensuring all data is accurate for reporting purposes.
• Apply and adapt broader talent acquisition strategies (employer branding, internal recruiting, diversity, etc.) within your designated function or market.
IDEAL EXPERIENCE
• Minimum of 4 years’ experience in Early Careers Recruiting
• Industry experience and deep knowledge of the footwear, apparel and/or retail industry. Experienced working in large, international/global matrix company
• Demonstrated track record of driving end2end, holistic recruitment mandates (including sourcing, assessing and hiring talent in volume roles )and global recruiting initiatives (i.e. proactive recruiting, internal recruiting, diversity, etc.) to achieve hiring goals.
• Experienced in offer negotiation, awareness of local legislation and employment market/compensation trends.
• International experience, having worked on projects in multiple geographies
• Knowledgeable about managing diversity & inclusion from talent acquisition perspective.
• Min BA degree in HR, Business or related studies
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
