The HR Assistant will be responsible for providing professional administrative support and assistance to the Training Department. All these responsibilities and tasks will be done in close contact with the Talent team members, our internal clients and the external applicants. This is a position where you will be working with an experienced HR professional team that will coach you, guide you and help you grow every day.

Responsibilities:

  • Participate to the accuracy and operational delivery of the end-to-end training processes
  • Be a point of contact for training related questions
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports related to Training matters
  • Assist in the preparation and deployment of onboarding and training plans
  • Liaise, interact, and maintain relationships with external providers
  • Ensure training expenses and invoices follow up
  • Support the Talent & Development team in various projects and initiatives

Qualifications: eligibility requirements include the following:

  • You are fluent in French and English.
  • You are rigorous, organized, flexible and detail oriented.
  • You know how to work autonomously, prioritize tasks and exercise sound judgment in order to anticipate the team's needs.
  • You have excellent communication skills.
  • You are client-oriented, problem solver, a flexible team worker and you able to manage stressful situations.
  • You have a thorough command of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
