What You'll Do
- Attract, develop and retain your team, and ensure they have the right resources and tools to reach their targets and goals; create a vision for how to continually improve processes and ways of working
- Be considered a talent thought partner and collaborate with leadership teams to co-create and drive hiring plans, talent strategies, priorities, and process improvements
- Influence hiring manager stakeholders and expectations for a shared understanding of what great looks like in hiring at Uber
- Use and analyze hiring data to help build solutions, measure quality, and influence across all partner groups and within your team
What You'll Need
- A minimum of 8 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting in a fast-paced environment
- Experience hiring in an organization passionate about encouraging a diverse workforce
- Ability to partner with a wide variety of clients, including senior level business leaders and top-tier professional candidates
- Experience developing individual contributors into high performing resources
- Excel in interpreting data and using it to guide hiring decisions
- Previous Engineering/Technology recruiting experience is required
