Reporting to the Approvals Global Leader, this role will be the thought leader responsible for owning deal approval strategy and transformation initiatives to increase the velocity of the deal flow, while maintaining the highest standards.**Position can be located in any US AWS GDSP designated hub location.Key job responsibilities- Create and own the project plan scope and roadmap for deal approval invent and simplify plans- Develop and implement operational measurement and efficiency strategies including challenging existing deal approvals policies and processes to optimize performance of approvals processing end to end

- 7+ years of developing, negotiating and executing business agreements experience
- 7+ years of professional or military experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience developing strategies that influence leadership decisions at the organizational level
